Toronto, ON (April 14, 2013): It is with great pleasure that hEDGE announces the continuation of Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (“CPPIB”)’s partnership with our 2014 conference.
At hEDGE 2013, Mr. Mark Wiseman, President and CEO of CPPIB, delivered a memorable keynote speech at the opening night of the hEDGE conference, outlining his progress as a professional and offering invaluable career advice to hEDGE’s delegates. Furthermore, his analysis of the current state and strategic outlook on the future of CPPIB and the Canadian economy as a whole was so insightful and thought-provoking that delegates were left to ponder the messages of his address for days to come.
In addition, representatives from various divisions of CPPIB were involved in the all-firm networking sessions, sharing their experiences, offering information about CPPIB’s recruitment process and building relationships with the delegates.
For hEDGE 2014, CPPIB will be involved in similar ways in our networking events as well as bringing another keynote speaker for the opening night of hEDGE 2014 – stayed tuned for more details to be released on the keynote!
